THIS INCLUSIVE EVENT WILL BE TAKING AGAIN THIS YEAR!!

Get spinning with the Wallaby Walk, Wheel or Run!

Dubbo Stampede’s inclusive option for people with disability. For those who find the 5.3km a bit too far, the Wallaby Wheel, Walk, Run now has the option for a reduced length of 1km (you can still do the previous 5.3km Wallaby Wheel course if you like).

Dubbo Stampede Running Festival is committed to being as inclusive as possible and hope that a shorter course may encourage more people with disability to take part.

The Wallaby Wheel is open to any person with a disability, physical and/or intellectual, who may require some level of support to walk, run or wheel in this fun community event.

The Wallaby Wheel will start at the Koala enclosure and competitors can wheel, walk or run the fully paved path and complete the event at the official finish line to the cheers of the waiting crowd.  All entrants will receive a water bottle and medal.

People with disability who would like to participate in longer events such as the 5.3km Dingo Dash are, of course, welcome to do that.
In the interest of safety we have decided this event is a non-competitive event with a focus on families and recreational wheelers, walkers or runners.

The Dubbo Stampede Committee will covering the cost of entry to the Wallaby Walk, Wheel or Run for all participants.

Entry to the Wallaby Wheel will be via the registration link below or by contacting the Dubbo Stampede Committee directly.  Support workers for competitors will also have free entry to the event.
