Test yourself in our 21.1km Zebra Zoom
For more experienced runners, or for those who are ready to train hard for a half marathon, the Zebra Zoom is perfect for you.
First time half marathon runners will appreciate the relatively flat course, while half marathon veterans will be challenged to run a new PB.
This years' event will be held on Sunday 27th August 2017.
The Zebra Zoom starts at 7.45am and finishes at 11.45am (4 hours).
The Zebra Zoom will start inside the Taronga Western Plains Zoo before you run out the zoo main gates into 'the wild'.
You travel along Obley Road (closed to traffic for the event) toward the Camp Road intersection. You then run a complete loop of the picturesque Macquarie river circuit before re-entering the zoo.
You then run a complete loop of the zoo, past all the animals and finish at your starting point. The zebra zoom is measured to IAAF standards but not certified.
The Zebra Zoom training plans can be found here.
Your registration includes your finishers’ medal, entry to the Taronga Western Plains Zoo, water bottle, medal and a free shirt for early bird registrations.
