Get moving with the 5.3km Dingo Dash

The 5.3km Dingo Dash is a great option for those who want to walk or run around the zoo with family and enjoy the sights and sounds of animals from around the world.

The 2019 event will be held on Sunday 25th August 2019.

Register Now

If you’re a newbie runner, then the Dingo Dash is a great starting point in building your running experience. We'd love to have you on board! We have two different training plans to help you on your way - one for walkers looking to run and one for more experienced runners looking to set a new PB!

Your registration includes your finishers' medal, water bottle and one day entry to Taronga Western Plains Zoo before or after your race on Stampede weekend.

Children aged four and over must register to participate.

Children under four get free entry into the zoo, so littlies don't need to be registered in the Dingo Dash to participate. However, if you want a medal and racing bib for your under four year old, they will need to be a registered participant.

We advise children under 11 to stay within arms reach of an adult or guardian at all times throughout the race.
